Step 1 – Through Legs – Beginner
Why do we start here – Dribbling with the left and right hands will come with consistency and consistent practice – This drill should be done at least 15-30 minutes a day EVERYDAY to get better in the shortest time frame.
There are several drills in this video. Each drill should be done in sets of 8-10 for a series of 20-30 minutes.
Keys to Remember:
Remember Your Base – Keep your legs wide and on an angle.
