Now that you have gone through the initial elite training for week 1, you must combine these drills in week for a total of 2 hours. For Example, in Week 1 drills should be a total of 30 minutes of drills, Week 2, 30 minutes, Week 3 – 30 minutes, etc.. so by the time you get to Week 4 – That will be 2 hours a day of drills:
