IMPORTANT -You must combine these drills in each week for a total of 2 hours. For Example, in Week 1 drills should be a total of 30 minutes of drills, Week 2 – Include Week 1 drills plus 30 minutes of week 2 drills, Week 3 – add Week 1 and 2 drills plus 30 minutes of week 3 drills.
